Camp Never Ends!

Camp 2006 has come and gone! Wow! It was great. "Undefeated in Christ"! The day classes were divided by age groups, therefore targeting areas for each "small group" to ask questions and get answers. Ron, Troy, Buck and Dr. Jim taught the day classes. At night, of course, everyone was together - the music was great, the concert was awesome and Bobby, Gary and Buck were superb!
Games? Well, we had some rough games, with injuries, but everyone had a great attitude about it all. Kelly hobbled on crutches (badly cut foot) and Eric was not allowed to play earthball because of his stitches in his finger. They were real warriors and showed others that an injury could and would not get them down. Shawn and Ginger and Joe, thanks for all your hard work to make each year at camp so much fun!
The counselors, staff, young "trainees" and the cooks worked SO well this year. It went so smooth, even with a few, but rather BIG distractions. The distractions ranged from rule violations to bad attitudes to deception and theft. The staff banded together, prayed, aggressed the situation(s) and God gave us victory in every circumstance. Thank you Lord!
Each year we say, "This was the best camp!" but I can absolutely say from the depths of my heart that it really was the BEST ever ("best eva" to you Melinder).
Stay in the Word, keeping walking your WALK51, check out the website www.walk51.com and please come back to camp.
We are always doing something involving ministry, people from camp, etc. So just call or write us because: CAMP NEVER ENDS!
